Daniel is not those super romantic kind of person. He is realistic, he is rather... Calculative at times. Haha. But somehow, that is what makes him special, and sometimes a funny person whom I love for the past 6yrs. Errr 6yrs? Ya, shd be... :)

He have all sorts of way to make me smile, amuse me and surprise me in an unexpected way. Of cos, there goes the same for the "proposal".

Why I actually call it "proposal" becos he did not pop the question. But he gave me the ring, expect me to know tt this is a proposal. Is like everytime when I asked him if he love me... He will always gave me the duh look cos to him, I'm asking the obvious question.

We have come to a point tt all those mushy msgs need not hav to say anymore.. But we know the obvious answer all along. Haha.

All ritey, straight to the point.. How this man actually "proposal"?

Both of us went out with my besties for lunch. He usually will not insist to tag along, but he wanted to cos he wanted to play mahjong. I shd hav guess it earlier, he usually will not play with noobies like us.. Of cos the blur me did not give a damn for this small details.
We later went to jane's hse for mj and he placed the ring at the mj table's drawer.
Played a few rounds, open and close the drawers soooo many times... I still did not see the ring.. Till he got soo pek cek, pushed all coins back and placed the ring at a more prominent sight.

I played half way and saw the ring. Still asked jane innocently, "eh Jane, why got ring here one?"
Nobody knows the proposal of cos including my dear frens. This Daniel really caught all of us unguarded. I saw the design of the ring, teared to realise it is mine!!

Yes... This was the "proposal". Defintely not romantic but memorable. I rem what a fren told me, is not how fanciful the proposal is or even how big the caraty of the diamond ring. Is abt how the guy will still treat u like how he treated u when the rs first started.
6 yrs wasn't easy.. But I'm sure there are many 6 yrs to come. Tks husband to be!! :))
